…to our website. Cubic Acquisitions is a Leeds based business working primarily in the property market. We have a wealth of knowledge of making business and properties work and make money. 2009 has seen us start on two major new projects. Firstly extending the successful Cubic Business Centre in Leeds. This project involves the construction of a three storey annex adjacent to the existing business centre complete with under-croft parking, a range of office suites, a gymnasium as well as other meeting rooms, conference facilities etc. This will further enhance the offering of the business centre which continues to attract high demand. Secondly Cubic have acquired an old ex-council office building in the south-east area of Leeds - initial plans include developing a 100-bed state of the art hotel, self-storage centre offering over 20,000 sqft of storage space and 6,000 sqft of serviced offices with parking.
